I consent to the details of this application form being held on a paper/ computer database and being published in such form as the Association considers appropriate for the benefit of the Association and the membership (this will include a published delegate list at the conference). I consent to the details being transferred to countries or territories in the World for the purposes of publication of members’ details on the Internet. I understand that I may withdraw this consent by giving notice to the Association at any time.
I acknowledge that an ECBA event (breaks included) is documented by taking photographs, videos as well as voice recordings and transcriptions of the spoken word.
I expressly agree with the above-mentioned documentation.
I also agree that photographs, audio and/or video recordings, as well as the transcriptions of my spoken word for non-commercial purposes by the ECBA, shall be appropriately stored and also used in whole or in a detachable part (publication, copying, incorporated into a collective work, etc.), in particular for a presentation, documentation of ECBA´s activities and a promotion of its legitimate aims, as well as for education, on websites, on the Internet, in a film, on radio, in professional and popular literature, in professional correspondence, on proposals, on suggestions and statements and on other means, regardless whether they are technically possible at the time of granting such consent, if they will be technically possible in a future.
I grant the same consent in relation to my texts, if I have delivered them in any form in connection with my performance in ECBA events or with my work in ECBA.
Event Cancellation
Registrations for events may be transferable by prior notification to and confirmation from the Secretariat. In normal circumstances, the ECBA is unable to refund fees in the event of cancellation. In the event of exceptional circumstances, the Secretariat may in its absolute discretion refund fees, subject to a 25 EURO administration fee.
