I want to register more than one person for a conference but who has different fees and/or diets. How do I do this?

You can add one person at the time to the basket. Once all are in the basket and you proceed to checkout you can specify the names and specifics in the box ‘additional information’ which you will find a the bottom of the billing details form.

How can I specify ‘other dietary requirements’?

Once you proceed to the checkout you can specify your dietary requirement in the box ‘additional information’ which you will find a the bottom of the billing details form.

How can I add a guest for the conference dinner?

The Saturday dinner is now included in the conference fee. If you want to bring a guest for Saturday dinner, please book through secretariat@ecba.org.

I see my order is ‘on hold’ or ‘being processed’ how will I know when it has been completed?

The administrator will complete your order once the payment has been checked/received and you will get an email confirming your order.

Can I bring a guest to the reception?

The reception is for delegates only and is included in your conference fee.
