Hotel accommodation (recommended properties)
Because of very high occupancy in Tirana at the time of the conference all recommended hotels offered very early cut-off dates for group rate. You can still try and ask if the ECBA negotiated rate is still available.
Fees
For logistics and tax reasons the optional Saturday dinner is included in the Conference fee, you can still choose the conference fee with dinner or without dinner included.*
Please note registrations will close on Thursday 1 October at 9am CET or when reaching the maximum number of participants.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations before Wednesday 30 September at 6pm CET – refund fees in full, minus administration fee of €25, or roll over to next conference only.
Cancellations after Wednesday 30 September at 6pm CET or non-attendance – no refund or roll over unless exceptional personal circumstances apply. If roll over is not used for the next conference, you will be refunded minus the administration fee.
Conference materials
Conference materials and the delegates’ list will be sent to you in PDF format three days before the conference.
Dinner description
Optional evening dinner on Saturday 3 October 2026, at the gorgeous “Gzona” restaurant, inside the Tirana Castle.

Practical information
Time zone: CET
Roaming: Albania is not part of the EU, so free roaming is not available, check with your mobile phone provider for prices and options. For UK there are higher rates. You can check this articles for prices and details: https://blog.yesim.tech/roaming-in-albania
Currency: Albanian lek – ALL (93.45/EUR or 109.24/GBP). Cash is widely used.
ATMs: You can withdraw Lek directly from local ATMs using your bank card. Be aware that most Albanian banks charge a local fee (usually 700 to 800 Lek) per withdrawal. Credins Bank is widely known for frequently having lower or fee-free options depending on the card type.
Exchange Offices (K exchange): Tirana city center is packed with currency exchange booths offering excellent rates and zero commission. Exchanging physical cash (GBP or EUR) at these booths often yields a better rate than using an ATM. Avoid exchanging large amounts at the airport terminal due to poorer rates.
