Transport and directions from the airport

The Il·lustre Col·legi de l’Advocacia de Barcelona (ICAB) is located at Carrer de Mallorca, 283 in the Eixample district. Transport options from Barcelona Airport (BCN) include:

  • Taxi: Taxis are readily available at the official stands outside both terminals. The ride takes about 20–30 minutes depending on traffic.
    • Cost: Roughly €35–€45, including airport supplements.
  • Uber/Cabify: You can request a ride via apps, but note that local regulations may require booking 15 minutes in advance for airport pickups.
    • Cost: Approximately €32–€40.

Public Transport

  • Train (Rodalies R2 Nord): This is often considered the best balance of cost and speed. Take the R2 Nord train from Terminal 2 (T2) to Passeig de Gràcia station. From there, ICAB is approximately a 10-minute walk (800m) heading north towards Carrer de Mallorca.
    • Note: If you arrive at Terminal 1 (T1), take the free green shuttle bus to T2 to access the train station.
    • Cost: Approximately €4.60–€5.00 for a single ticket.
  • Aerobús (Express Bus): Take the A1 (from T1) or A2 (from T2) to Plaça de la Universitat or Plaça de Catalunya. From Universitat, you can walk (approx. 15-20 mins) or take a short taxi/metro ride (L2 to Passeig de Gràcia) to reach ICAB.
    • Frequency: Every 5–10 minutes.
    • Cost: €7.25 one-way.
  • Metro (L9 Sud): Take the orange line from T1 or T2 to Collblanc, then transfer to the Blue Line (L5) towards Vall d’Hebron and exit at Diagonal. ICAB is a 5-minute walk from the Diagonal station.
    • Cost: Approximately €5.50 for a special airport ticket.

 

Fees

For logistics and tax reasons the optional Saturday dinner is from now on included in the Conference fee, you can still choose the conference fee with dinner or without dinner included.*

Please note registrations will close on Thursday 23 April at 9am CET or when reaching the maximum number of participants.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations before Wednesday 22 April at 6pm CET – refund fees in full, minus administration fee of €25, or roll over to next conference only.

Cancellations after Wednesday 22 April at 6pm CET or non-attendance – no refund or roll over unless exceptional personal circumstances apply. If roll over is not used for the next conference, you will be refunded minus the administration fee.

 

Conference materials

Conference materials and the delegates’ list will be sent to you in PDF format three days before the conference.

 

Dinner description

Optional evening dinner on Saturday 25 April 2026, at the gorgeous Gala restaurant, in the Conference venue area.
