On 12 October 2020 the College of the European Public Prosecutor’s Office adopted its Internal Rules. These were published in the Official Journal on 21.01.2021 (OJ C 22/4).
The ECBA has examined these rules and elaborated notes. In these notes, major issues that still need regulation are identified and the ECBA offers assistance in discussing and improving such issues in a constructive manner. The notes were sent to the European Chief Prosecutor, Laura Kövesi, by letter of 26 February 2021.
